In a now-viral TikTok video, a fan named Rachel Leary addressed Jenner, saying, “You have exactly what I’m looking for in a boob job.” She added, “It’s the most perfect natural-looking boob job ever.”
Rachel Leary went on to say, “They’re still big, but however you had the implants—whether they’re implants or fat transfer—to me, it’s perfection.”
She added, “That is what I aspire mine to look like. I don’t expect you to share who did the work, but in terms of what you actually had done, I feel like you’ve been quite open about having your boobs done.”
Leary captioned her video, “Help a girl out @Kylie Jenner, I just want to know how to get them to sit like that, respectfully.”
In response to her plea, Jenner candidly revealed, “445 cc, moderate profile, half under the muscle!!!!! Silicone!!!”
According to London’s Centre for Surgery, 445 cc typically corresponds to a D to DD cup, depending on the original breast size. The Kylie Cosmetics founder also disclosed that she underwent the procedure with Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Garth Fisher.
